Not Included
Yesterday, Camden got a birthday party invitation in the mail from one of HIS friends at school. Noah, quickly realized, that he was not invited to the party and BURST into big crocodile tears. He sobbed for quite a long time and very loudly. I tried to explain that they have different friends and he would much rather play baseball at the same time than to go to a 3-year olds party. Nothing seemed to satisfy him.
Camden didn't know what to think about his brother being so sad. He hugged Noah, gave him a kiss and told him that he loved him, to try to make it better. Since that didn't totally work, he told him that "you will get one in the mail next time, Noah". It was all very sweet!
The invitation now has mysteriously disappeared, which brings a whole new set of problems!

Poor guy. It's no fun when your not included. What a sweet little brother Camden is though.
poor guy, its a hard lesson to learn. Camden is a sweet boy!
Love the new layout.
As a twin, I experienced this a few times but the time I remember the most was at a "Brownie" mtg. (before flying up to Girl Scouts). Charlotte won a prize in a game. I was devasted. Looking back I'm very ashamed. At the moment no one could explain it. FIRST time we had been separated in any way, shape, or form. We now celebrate when either one of us receives any kind of gift or recognition!!! HUGS Tutu
I ran out of room. I can understand Noah's feelings as "big brother" but how sweet of Camden. They are a wonderful set of brothers - a special pair God has put together. Love, Tutu (loved lake pictures, too.)
I love the NEW LOOK! I have heard of that happening with the birthday parties when you have children close in age!! I think Camden was soooo sweet to Noah! Poor Noah- I'm sure he will have plenty of birthday parties to come!
