Casa de Floato

The pool is officially opened at our house. I finally drug out the pool from the garage, scrubbed it down and added some COLD water and we were in business. The kids had so much fun running and splashing, shooting water guns and playing "duck, duck, goose" in the pool today. Of course we had our sunscreen on, used the outdoor bathroom and flooded the yard.

Note to self: when more water is spraying out of the hose/wall connection then flowing into the pool, that is not a good thing! I am not looking forward to this months water bill. The grass however, was very appreciative of the water. Of course, I did not notice this until an hour after the water had been turned on.

Another note to self: you can not fix a hole in a vinyl pool with super glue. However, super-glued on grass to the hole did make a nice patch.
